* We LOVE making custom hoops for our awesome customers! We just ask, please please pleeeeease, that you put in a custom hoop design request only if you’re actually planning to purchase one! Lately we’ve had a number of people ask us to mock up custom designs and then not order a hoop! Eeeek! Please respect that this is a huge amount of time and expense for us, because we work hard to make sure the design is perfect for you before you make your purchase. Over half of the hoops we make every year are custom designs... when you’re ready for one of your own, we’re absolutely here to help!
